This house is one of a kind. Phenominally designed by Collins Caddaye Architects and filled to the brim with the clients personality and drive.
The James Dunlop fabric was chosen to mimic the water the house floats on.
All curtains are motorised for ease of use.
The theatre room has a motorised roller blind with concealed side channels for complete blackout.
